The EPO will be addressing the challenges and opportunities of patenting Artificial Intelligence (AI) at a one-day conference.

The event will:

  • explore the challenges that AI brings to patenting,
  • develop your knowledege of AI examination practice at the EPO within the context of its practices for patenting software/computer-implemented inventions and
  • will provide key information on the rapidly changing European patent landscape.
