• Introduction to project management in research
• Project scope statement, project charter
• Work breakdown structure and work packages
• Human resources, time-line and project budget
• Stakeholder management and project communication
• SWOT analysis and plan risk management
• Quality management and project documentation

• Exercise 1: define scope, create WBS, and define activities
• Exercise 2: estimate project duration and project budget
• Exercise 3: design RAM, identify stakeholders, plan communication
• Exercise 4: SWOT analysis and risk management
